Today's post is more indie lacquer for you to drool over and make grabby hands towards! These lovelies are from Lush Lacquer, a mother/daughter team making sparklies that'll knock your socks off.
Bubble Yummy is an electric purple jelly base with fine silver glitter and medium blue glitter. I am wearing three coats in this swatch. It applied dreamily and with good glitter distribution. I was initally worried that the bigger pieces of glitter could be difficult to apply, but I was happily proven wrong! Run -- don't walk -- to pick this one up!
Glam Girl is a darkened black jelly base with silver and black glitter. My swatch shows two coats. I love the look of this one but it was a bit more difficult to apply than the other Lush Lacquer polishes that I tried. It was a bit thick and I had a little bit of clumping while I applied it. I may have just gotten a fluke bottle though, because the photo in the Etsy listing looks nice and even. It's definitely a sexy polish -- almost a micro version of OPI's Metallic 4 Life.
Sea Breeze, shown here over Cult Nails Time Traveler, is a vibrant tealish blue glitter. In this polish, you'll find a mix of holographic glitters, micro glitters, and bar glitters. The application was great. Very even and very dense; this photo is just one coat! It's incredibly sparkly and I'm sure it's already calling out to you teal lovers.
Lush Lacquers are 3-free and sell for $8.75 for a 15mL bottle. You can purchase them on Etsy, and make sure to check them out on Facebook! They have a ton more shades for your browsing pleasure, so don't pass up the opportunity to check out their lineup.
