Happy Hands Nail Polish - Beachy Keen Collection

It's time to take a look at the summer collection from Happy Hands Nail Polish! This collection, named Beachy Keen, is inspired by the beach, hot days and cool drinks. There are also some exciting things coming up for Happy Hands so be sure to check the end of the post for details. Let's get started!

Beachy Keen is the star of this collection, in my opinion. This red matte glitter topper is accented with gold, pink, fuchsia, teal... it's a lot of fun and looks supa awesome on the nail. This is just one coat shown over Illamasqua Jo'Mina, a combination that I can't get enough of.

Cherry Cola is a syrupy brown jelly polish with cherry red glitters. It's pretty sheer, I used three coats here and you can still see through it a little. Of course you could layer this over something like Zoya Cola for a more opaque look! This one was a little tricky in application; try not to push the glitters around too much or it can make the base streaky. Still though, a very fun polish and it definitely makes me thirsty!

Sandcastles in the Sand is a nude jelly with gold and blue glitters. How I Met Your Mother fans will rejoice over the name -- I know I felt a little closer to Robin Sparkles wearing it. I love the addition of the blue glitters. They add an oceanesque accent to the polish without overtaking the sandy effect. Definitely beachy without being too literal. This is three coats.

Tropical Storm is another awesome polish. This slightly dusty blue jelly base brings in coral, blue, and gold glitters to create a stormy swirl. Application was good and I used three coats for the opacity shown here.

As I mentioned, Beachy Keen is my favorite in the collection, followed by Sandcastles in the Sand. Which ones are you dying for?

Happy Hands Nail Polish is about to celebrate their first birthday! You can read all the details in their official news bulletin, but I'll entice you by saying it includes a sale, free LE polish with purchase of $30 or more, and a giveaway... :}

You can purchase HHNP at happyhandsnailpolish.com and on Etsy. The shop is closed now while they prepare for the festivities, but it will be reopening this Sunday the 14th at 12pm EST. You can also keep up with the brand on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

    Such a fun collection!!! Great swatches as always. My favourite is beachy keen, also I like sandcastles in the sand just cause of HIMYM and the blue makes the neutral nicer :)

  6. These are gorgeous! Sandcastles in the Sand is such a beautiful shade. I love that the glitter is multicolour, but mostly that it is not all shiny. Matte glitter looks great in some colour combinations, as evident in Tropical Storm. I would definitely wear it Sandcastles in the Sand!

  11. "Sand Castles in the Sand"- literally the best name ever. It makes me want to "go to the mall". I wanted this polish the second I saw the swatch, and then I saw the name and knew I needed it! lol!

  12. It's kind of rude to self-promote on someone else's blog...just saying.
