It's fantastic!
What you see here is just one coat of Hard Candy Black Tie Optional over OPI You're Such a Budapest. The glitter was plentiful and controlled well, though I do recommend using the dabble method.
It's such a beautiful look, isn't it? Splatter nail art in seconds!
Hard Candy polishes are available at Wal Mart. I had to visit a few different locations before I found this one in stock though, so it seems stock levels may be luck of the draw!
Wow, I really need to get hold of some black and white glitter polish... I love it everytime I see it on your nails!
