For my swatch, I layered a single coat of What a Blast over white. Look at that glitter coverage! I was really impressed by how evenly and smoothly the glitters went on. It is mainly made up of smaller red and blue glitters, with satin silver stars here and there.
It also glows in the dark! Um, hello! It glowed really brightly, though layering it over white certainly couldn't have hurt either.
